Thumbs up

Igloo 44679 is what you need, can find it many places - one link below.

This the updated version of the original the boat came with. Fits perfectly (I have an X45 and bought this two years ago so can I confirm they fit perfect.)

I use these. Hold more and ice lasts longer. Soft sides dont scratch gel coat.

I was curious if anyone has tried one of the new Cordova Coolers that Mastercraft uses in its new boats in the older models like your 06 X45. I have the same boat and use the igloo but its not the greatest cooler by any stretch.

Great option - if your ok with the reduced capacity.

The Cordova has slightly less capacity, but I can fit quite a bit in there still. IF you stand bottles up, you can get a 12pk of beer and about 7-8 waters easy inside... This is a HUGE improvement to the Igloo and would put it up there or even beyond a YETI. It can hold a bag and a half of ice for two days depending on how often you open it to get stuff out.. I have gone a whole weekend without adding additional ice. It's impressive and its heavy

I have the MC igloo cooler and to be honest, don't waste your money. Barely keeps ice on an 80 degree day for more than about 6 hours. Its a very sadly performing cooler.
