Because he will lose a lot more if he waits another yr to sell!

Really is a nice looking boat though and actually priced much more reasonably than I would expect a x23 to be!

If I had the funds I would be on my way to pick it up now

Also how did the dark colors do in the New England heat? Was always kind of curious about that.

In terms of colors that do best, I have always stuck to black & white, black, red, and white, or black gray and white. Seems to be a good blend of class and flash. I've had a couple that maybe had a little too much white for my wife's taste and maybe looked a little plain, but they sold fine too. I really like some of the green / black / white combos I have seen, but have not yet pulled the trigger on one of the wilder colors.

As for the dark colors in the heat, really hasn't been an issue. We did one w/ the slightly grayer main seats, and that was too hot, but ever since, have stayed w/ the bright white main seats, and it has always been fine.

I absolutely hate white hence my question on the vinyl. Looking to get mine replaced this off season and wanted some feedback.

The dark accents are fine, but I would be careful about going too dark on the main, at least based on the my experience w/ the gray.

Was thinking of doing a light gray (anything besides white really).

Really nice boat though and best of luck with sale.

I have found with the used boat market that as long as the boat is great shape and you have records you should have no problem. I sold my X45 with primarily silver flake in three weeks and my all blue with white accents Malibu VLX quick too.

In the used market people know coming in that the colors are limited, so they are looking for a boat that is well kept and the price is right. I would think as long is you didn't get exotic (hence the skittles boat) then most colors should be fine.

Good luck with the Sale of the X23!!!
