Depth sensor alarm

Sorry if I missed a related thread in my search;
Is there a way to mute/acknowledge/dismiss the audible alarm for the depth sensor? Every time I trailer the boat, the alarm sounds, and the only way to stop it is to go into settings and actually turn the sensor off. Then I would have to turn it back on when we take the boat out again, if I wanted the sensor to warn me.

This is for a 2018 NXT.

Thanks

You can change the depth at witch it will alarm. Other than that I am unaware how to change from alarm to a one time warning

I think I phrased question wrong. Not trying to set for just one time. I want to leave it on, but wondering if I can mute it once it sounds

Does the depth alarm go off when the boat is not turned on and/or the key is not turned to accessory? If the alarm sounds with the key out, can't you just turn the battery switch off when the boat is out of the water? Seems like you are missing something simple, otherwise everyone who put one on a lift would have the alarm constantly sounding at their dock.

No.. alarm only sounds when key is turned on. If key is off, nothing sets the alarm off.
