Well, boats get wet, and laptops do not like water. So.............

My 1992 Prostar is like a vato mobile. Low-rider. **** gets wet.

Not for work, lol, plus, it's like a radar. Work knows when I am having a good time, so the alerts go off just to piss me off.

Next weekend. : >

Sucks to have to be responsible, but I got a boat that way. Otherwise, I'd just be living in a trailer park. Talking **** about people like us.

Good times!

This is how I set it up when I get the chance. I've worked on the ProStar (had an 87 until about 10 years ago) but best during midweek when the lake is yours. I usually anchored up past pirate's cove where it's shallow.

Good to meet good people at Lake Anna!

Ryan, I hope you can find a few more people that will enjoy that 6-inch wake at 28 MPH, slalom skiers welcome to come enjoy! I will pull anyone at any time.

(It's even better at 32, I'm cutting through this thing like butter on a hot biscuit!)

Kneeboarding behind the 190 is also fairly nice, I have curling 18-24 inch wake with a 4-person load at 17 MPH, wake-to-wake is about 8-10 feet giving a a MPH or two. Nice with a pop on the top.

Water levels at Lake Anna are currently higher than I've ever personally seen. High enough that I'm a bit worried my boat could be close to floating on the lift. We're on the private side, though I can't imagine they've got dike 3 plated currently so I'm assuming it's the same level on the main lake.

Any of you guys with boats in boat houses there might want to check on them.

It's up there. Usually about 16" to water from top of dock which is about 4" under water right now.
Moses point is across the lake in the picture. Canal to power plant is just out of picture to the left.

Feel like I dodged a bullet. The anchor light was almost kissing the overhead bar on the lift. In order to float out of the boat house and lower the tower, I had to fill the ballast to clear the soffit.

Back on the lift now with 3' of clearance off the water. If it comes up that high, we'll have other things to worry about...

Neighbor busted his light getting off his lift. I lowered my tower and raised the boat up high to ride it out. Tied fishing boat up on land and tied the jetski to the lift just in case.
Pretty crazy. Dam outflow is usually around 120cf/s when the lake is full. This morning it hit almost 8000cf/s!

Has the water level came down enough for boating tomorrow?
