How does everyone pump the lake into their boats?

How does everyone fill their non factory bags? The previous owner of my boat spliced into the engine cooling line to fill the bags. It works but I'm not a big fan of this since even though i have two pumps i can only run one at a time and its slow as hell. plus the idea of stealing water thats meant for the engine cooling seems detrimental to me.

Go with your gut on that one! Donít steal from the engine!

Tsunami 12v pump from wakemakers.com does a great job

I bought the piggy back for the rear and front from Wakemakers. I have each rear bag connected to the factory ballast and the 2 front bags off the KGB ballast. It works great. Saves alot of time and hassle

Jump off your exisiting pumps by using the piggy back system or add built in pumps if you can. Its really nice to be able to hit the switch as oppsoted fo throwing pumps over and plugging them in etc.

The previous owner did not do the right thing. Wow. Agree with above start with an external pump you toss over the side of the boat. When you get sick of that install permanent pumps

I bit the bullet and drilled two holes in the bottom for hard mounted pump pickups. Works great and was easier than i thought. Im running two 800s in the rear lockers and a 540 on the floor in the front when surfing. Best thing i did was get rid of the previously installed bow and ski locker bags. The storage is well worth having to put a bag on the floor when only surfing.
