Strap for a extended Pylon

I have the ratchet part of the strap but don't have the part that goes around the front of the boat. I have not had any luck in locating one either.

Any help?

Thanks

I bought this strap several years ago and it works fine.

Thanks-

Are you running it around the bow or do you connect to the lift point on the front of the boat?

1" is all it is? I was looking for something bigger and all I could find was those ugly yellow ones!

I used the fork lift straps offered on McMaster when I had an extended pylon and the original strap ended up at the bottom of the lake

You need to go through the bow eye. You could do some damage attaching to the lifting ring.

Strap specs: • • Rated Capacities (Lbs.): Vertical: 1600 Choker: 1280 Basket: 3200

Have you looked at a original strap?

By all means, if you feel you need a stronger strap, get what you feel you need.

That is what we have always done- I was just wondering what others do as I have seen people talk about using the lift ring and I was not a fan of that!

Yes it has good specs- just looks so small.

I ordered it this morning as soon as you posted it

I initially had a heavier yellow strap that I hated installing as it was too thick, not to mention ugly! You will be happy with this one.
