So I changed the oil and it looked like what was in there was thinner than 15w40. I also changed the plugs and there was some platinum plugs in it. I replaced them with the standard 43LTS and it started running better instantly. I noticed when I pulled the old plugs the back ones on each side had a lot of gas on them???

As for the oil pressure, I could not get it to have the issue again, even before I changed the oil. I suspect it was a bad/loose connection on the sensor above the filter. Now the oil pressure is 20psi idle when cold and 10-12psi when warm. Is this consistent with other 5.7 Indmars on here?

Guage in dash isnt very accurate so wouldn't go by that as gospel as could be off 5 psi high or low. If alarm isnt sounding you will be fine as it goes off if pressure drops under 4psi.
