Identifying Moeller fuel tank

Which Moeller fuel tank is this in my 1994 PS 190 with 350 TBI? How do you know? I know it's a Moeller tank because their name/logo is formed into the top of the tank, but I do not see a number there that Moeller says should be there.

No, I do not need to replace this fuel tank, but I would like to know what I have, especially since Moeller wants a number for it to answer questions about associated fuel valves.

The tank measures about 56 inches wide by 12 inches in height by 12 inches in depth (at the ends). The battery sits to the port side of the tank.

I've found it curious the Mastercraft manual says the fuel capacity for the 94 PS 190 is 31 gallons, but my recollection is I could only fit about 27 gallons of water in the fuel tank when I had it out for cleaning in 2014.

The tank is currently installed. This photo was taken in 2014 before I cleaned the tank.

This circular area with the Moeller name/logo formed into the tank material is where Moeller tells me I should find an identifier beginning with "FT" also formed into the tank material, but I sure don't see one there.

I read somewhere else on here about someone saying their sticker fell off, and you say you have one on your tank; yet, Moeller customer service assured me today I'm supposed to have a number molded into the tank material, not a sticker. They told me this when I couldn't find anything initially and called back to clarify if I was supposed to be looking for something molded into the tank or a sticker.

With it installed, I can't see a number molded into it (they say it should be on the top) or a sticker. I think if there were a sticker anywhere on it I would have noticed when I had the tank out and cleaned the whole thing inside and out in 2014.

Sure would like to know what number you've got on a sticker. Any confirmatory overall measurements would be very helpful too.

If I get a number for it, I'm going to be curious what Moeller says is the capacity.

Or Moeller could be mistaken. The same Moeller customer service person who told me no sticker on my tank also told me their brass and aluminum anti-syphon valves differ only in material, but their website says "Brass ASVís calibrated for 200 hp and above" and "Aluminum ASVís calibrated for 200 hp and under." It seems either their website or customer service is incorrect on that.

I'll see what Mastercraft says, but I think this build information is less accurate in the recreational boat industry than in the automobile industry. In theory, Indmar knows my engine build based on the engine info on the label on my engine and their build sheets, but I don't have the bell housing and starter location they say was built on my engine. Maybe somebody changed it later, but I have my doubts. Taylor's build info for the windshields is very weak.

If you have a label, I would be interested in knowing what's on it and the overall dimensions of your tank.
