What tab issues? I havenít noticed anything on my 24 although I only have 5 hours on it. Do you know of some problems?

I'm happy with my swap to JL HD amps and keeping the touchscreen and dsp/zone control. The Klipsch speakers sound better with JL power.

Did you order Klipsch tower speakers again or are you going to add aftermarket tower speakers?

I will definitely have enough running time to have a pretty good feel for the differences between the two. I'll post something on it.

Skipped tower speakers for now. Not sure on the plan yet. If I end up doing a full system, i'll probably have JL M6 8.8s on the tower.

It is something that Lenco should definitely be working on. Supra's, Moomba's and Nautique's have the same issue (and probably others). Tab calibration variances aren't an issue for everyone. A lot of it just depends on how you pick up your rider, and if you hit reverse or not. (and how long you are in reverse if you do)

I have heard that MC is working on it.

I guess that's my point. All of these systems use the Lenco actuators so if one is having problems, then they all are.

I don't have many issues with my 2015 model. I have had an actuator go out but that's not crazy IMO. We had to go out on the center console.

Bought a new 17 xt23 this summer my actuators had to be replaced already.

its not so much the actuators failing, but issues with the tabs returning and reseting and providing a consistent wave each time.
