I may be old...

My kids keep telling me I'm old. I just had a birthday Sunday and turned 43. I tell them I may be old, but I can still "get down".

I love the course! I would ski multiple times every day if I could. I feel like I've been getting a lot better this summer, and then last week happened. I have a 97 PS205 that I put Stargazer with Z-box on last summer. I fought with it last summer for a long time until I finally got it to give me good times. It is usually 16.93-16.97. Can't argue with those time. This summer I pulled my tower off, and pulled the subwoofer and all extra weight out of the boat, and it's skiing great! Then last week happened. Starting the day of the above pictures I couldn't run a pass and kept falling at 4-ball. I had set my cruise control to calibration mode, and forgot to put it back to ski mode. So it didn't know it had a skier, and would get behind in the first half of the course, then hammer me coming out of 3 to try and catch up in the second half of the course and try to get a good overall time. It was like that for 3 days until I figured it out. I was pulling my hair out, and couldn't figure out why I had gone from running passes and cutting rope, to hardly able to get around 4-ball. As soon as I switched it back I ran 5 passes back to back perfectly. I'm so glad I figured it out because I was going crazy with my head games. I was ready to sell the boat and burn my ski!!

I would too if I wasn't so banged up. I got into dabbling with -32' in my prime and decided that I did not desire to run anything better than -28'... Just did not feel it was worth destroying my body to run a shorter pass. Currently, I am working on getting to level 5/6 in the rankings in M4.

That is nice work GG. I like how low you get the handle on the first shot. An old guy wouldn't be making that kind of effort to catch up to that second offside.
