After taking a second look at the photo, it does appear that something is dragging. Potentially a wake plate, but unfortunately there is not safe way to test this.

IMO - If this boat was purchased as a new boat from the dealer, rather than all the guessing, I would drop it off at the dealer, tell them you will pick up the boat when it is fixed. If it takes them much more than a week, this is prime season, they would be lending me a boat until this is fixed.

I hate hearing stories like this, my dealer is great, personally delivers every boat on the water, they would not let this leave their shop and would be on the phone to MC immediately.
^^^^
He has been working with the Dealer AND MC for Some time on it.
You are right, they should be all over it....it would drive me nuts too.
These Boats are thought to be of the Very best....Im sure MC will set in/up and rectify...

Sad part is , many of these dealer are small outfits, and there shops are backlogged with Work...
Drop a boat off today....loose it for a MONTH!!!

It's the same reason that they have the little optional port ballast tank in a pro-star to balance the boat perfectly, while under way.
I have a 2013 x-10 and I have this issue also, I just throw a little weight in the rear tank at its fine. Just seems to be from prop rotation.

Couldn't u just temporarily unplug the actuators while they are in full up to make sure it wasn't one of them acting weird? Otherwise I'd perhaps it was weight in a tank.

Does it do this when everything is full also?

I also have this issue on my X10 but is only noticeable when I have the centre plate at 100% for beginner riders, I usually lower the starboard Gen 1 surf tab to level the boat. When the plate is all the way up, the issue appears to be not visible.

Before I started using the surf tab to level the boat and with the attitude plate at 100% I had one rider cutting out to port side and the boat would still lean to the starboard side. Does this sound right? As this is my first Mastercraft I was not sure if this is normal or not.

lashburn1 just wanted to let you know that my boat is heading back to the MC factory for their engineers to go over the boat and give a resolution to the issue.

Not sure why they all of a sudden took interest but they did.
They said it would be a quick turn around with a decision or solution.
My dealer has me a loaner boat waiting on me.

That is awesome,
Great to see both Mastercraft and
the dealer stepping in to rectify the situation.

You bought a brand-new boat from a top quality manufacture.

Nice to see you have a boat available during your fix!!!

Who is your dealer?
