Happy New Year! I spent part of the day acting as emcee for Ski Freeze, an annual tradition of skiers in PA to raise money for a local kids camp for kids that cannot otherwise afford to go to camp.
Skiers get sponsors to pony up money and they have to ski without wetsuits. (well most don't wear wetsuits) I wakeboarded last year. Today the air was 35, water was 34. BRRRR. [ATTACH]Name:  Ski freeze 2014 Rick at dock.jpg

holy ice sickles batman ... that is cold without a wet suit ... hopefully you had a hot tub nearby

I spent the day yesterday with my waterski family... it was a nice ‘polar’ bear day for us – 65 degree air temp! Water was low 40s... I was talked into demoing COMBO skis for Connelly... Lucky for me, I found another victim to try em out with me...

I had not skied on 2 skis in years, lets just say 2 skis and 30 MPH on the perfectpass was um... SCARY... LOL
