Waterskiing on a x-10

Does anyone have experience waterskiing on a x-10? How does it compare with the x-2? I have a 2000 Maristar which I am thinking of trading but I don't want to compromise on the waterski wake. Would I be unhappy with the x-10?

I had a direct drive Malibu , excellent waterski and barefoot wake. Went to the X2 as the
family was into wake boarding. My 08' X2 waterski wake was ok, not flat even with center tab down. The new x10 I have not had a chance to ski behind. But from the look of the wake
at waterski speed it looks much cleaner than the X2 ever did. I would test drive both,
and bring your gear.

Running tab at 60% it is good considering its a wakeboat. Run a course, no but good for open skiing.

I would have never believed that the X10 had a decent slalom wake at 32MPH+, and only having seen it with my own eyes is it confirmed. Then drop to 11MPH with ballast and she throws up the endless wave for surfing. Impressive.
