Angry self bailing cockpit leaking on OPS X25 2014

just got my new boat X25 with salt waterpackage delivered last week and after filling the feultank I noticed a leak into the engine compartment via overflow @ the deckscupper. It is definitely seawater leaking in. Dealer tells me that this a known issue for years and the only way to solve it is to plug the hose to the outside and leave the scupper open to the engine compartment. Anyone having the same problem ? if yes how did you solve it. This should not happen on +130k boat ! Very disappointing first expierence

Yep I agree, I found out how awesome that feature was the first time we loaded up the boat with 1600lbs of extra ballast…Let’s just say that is known as a “engineering error”!!!
