NXT 20 wake tabs vs Gen 2 wake tabs

Looking to buy the low end NXT 20. Is there a difference between the Gen 2 Tabs that are on the more expensive 20' X boats.
1. Like Width, length, depth that they are lower into the water.
2. I know the cheaper NXT 20 the surf system is analog.
3. Does that make the surf wave not as good?
Thanks
Bob

Mastercraft doesn't call it the gen 2 surf system. I just suspect.

I am picking my new NXT20 tomorrow. When I was shopping the dealer told me the tabs and everything are the same as gen2 but it doesn't have the "gen2" software. It still is controlled through the switch/button and shows the percentages on the display but you can't save profiles and have it automatically setup. You have to set it each time you head out on the lake. I'll be out on mine all weekend so if you have any questions I will be more than open to try things out or give you my experience.

Each tab is different as they are made to work with a specific hull. So yes your tab on an NXT20 is going to be different than an X26, but not different in a way that the NXT tab is limiting wave size.

I stopped at the dealer today. He said the tabs on a nxt20 are the same as the gen 2 system tabs on a xt20. So all good thank you. Just want to here from Bauer son how he liked the surf this weekend.

I own one and I love it. Personally if I could of thrown a little more cash to get the nxt22 I would of done that. If you can spare a few grand get the nxt22 it will surf better and have more room takes a little more to lock in and get it right but well worth the cash. Here's a photo from my nxt20 tabs were set to 100/0 with all tanks full and 675 in the rear lockers
