Replace your factory air filter with the K&N and you have a family hauling turbo Denali. And pick up a few MPG.

Did you have to get anything reset with the K&N? What mileage gain did you get? How many HP gain do you think you got?

No you don't have to get anything reset.

The best route to go is the AirAid Jr. Instake tube and a K&N air filter. The tube plays a big role in the intake process along with the filter.

Your looking at 10hp and 1-2 mpg gains with this setup.

No way. Where is the data for this. That's a drastic increase, why wouldn't GM just put a similar style intake on from the factory

Right now I have worse mpg because we keep flooring it to feel the power.
Also I have a 15 with 50k miles that the filter was probably never changed so to us it feels like a drastic increase in power.

There aren't Denalis, but here are the Dyno charts for the 5.3 and 6.2.

You beat me too it. There are also dyno chart that Black bear performance put out that compared the different types of cold air intake kits that you can order online.
