That just means it's time to allow my MCOCD to flow over to my sled for a while.

I've got an older Polaris. It's a 96 XCR 600 SP. Three cylinder with factory triple exhaust. Not quite the hole shot of the newer 700's, but not many factory sleds can keep up with me on a rail bed or across a lake. I haven't ridden in MN for quite a few years. I do all my riding in Northern WI.

Maybe these? Although I don't know if 2 screws on each half is enough. These aren't a removable pin, but they slide apart...so no messed up toes.

Thumbs up

Update to a very old thread I started. Finally cut my two piece floor section to replace the honeycomb floor behind engine.. Both sections cut out of 1" HDPE. Front piece heavily reinforced with aluminum and will support weight of my freshly insulated dog house. Front section will be attached to stringers, while back section not attached to give quick access to prop shaft, etc. Yes the carpet is old! Winter budget is now spent.

Starboard won't have rigidity of honeycomb so glad you chose to reinforce it or would bow over time.

Rossterman...you are right. Not being reinforced is the reason the factory honeycomb failed overtime. The dog house is too heavy for that type of floor. BTW...I did not use starboard...I use HDPE plastic. High-Density Ploy-Ethylene. Stuff is pretty rigid, but I had those aluminum strips in the garage and they were prefect for the reinforcement.
