As a side note, and not that it would matter to some, but my wife used to be a travel agent and she was torn a new one a few years ago by a group because they called and gave her dates to book a trip to Disney. Remember, they gave her the dates.... My wife could not legally say anything but quickly figured out she could suggest they go to various web sites (before they insisted on a specific date) like the following:

Beginning the Monday after Thanksgiving through the first two weeks of December are some of the absolute best days at the park. Decked out for the holidays and very few people.

Don't go spring break. Not sure on early December. It is worth it to take the kids out of school. We did that twice in early arch and it was great. Went this year in early June and it got busier every day. Never again and it was not even hot,

Thanksgiving week is good until Thanksgiving Day. Thursday-Saturday get way crowded. Friends of mine have gone the week after and experienced low crowds. March (outside of Spring Break) is good too. The only thing you give up is the extended hours.

The Christmas decorations take the Disney magic to a whole new level.

On a side note, Disney Cruise Line is great! Cruised with them in January and it was the best cruise I've been on. Typical Disney high quality.

Believe me, you do not want to be there then.

I like the NY's. I just think there must be cheap flights or something because half the state was there.

I always thought I would just take my kiddo out of school and avoid the crowds if we went again. Thankfully, I am done with Disney until grandkids.

November is your best choice. All the kids are in school then so small crowds.

Make sure you hit OWC for some cable riding too!
