Unsure of how much it would cost, but you could try making a cardboard template and taking that to a carpet place and get them to make one for you. I can't remember what the offset is, but when they put the binding on there, it makes the carpet a little larger, maybe an extra 1/8" all the way around or so. You would have to put the snaps in yourself, as your floor already has the snaps in place. I wish I could help you out with the vendor. There may be a chance that MC carries a digitized carpet file. That would be worth a try as well. It would possibly save you having to make a template. I spoke with my sister in law who works for a carpet and tile vendor and they have a guy that will cut and bind carpet. She said there is a cutting fee and the binding is charged per linear foot, plus whatever the cost of the material would be. There could be a local place around you that does the same thing, if you cannot find any snap in carpet from anyone else.
