My boat was missing the knob and I went to my local Mastercraft dealer (Midwest Mastercraft) and bought a regulation knob from them. I will replace it with an upgraded knob at some point.

I purchased the ss shift knob from www.skidim.com and then had a buddy with a machine shop turn me a replacement for the plastic shift lock. Here is a before and after.
