As far as HOA goes, I live in the country just out side of the nearest city limits. There is no permits required by the county and you can build what you desire. I tried to make it look decent and match the house. We are painting the house itself a darker color. we just bought the house in april and it came with that color lol. Electricity is coming along with a slab poured. Ill get with my pest control guy about termites. Ventilation is from ridge vent and soffit vents.

im not ever moving lol and before its over and im too old there will be a 50x60 shop there lol
