Stereo Equip For Sale: Rockford Fosgate, JL Audio, Sony

I have for sale a like new Rockford Fosgate Punch P400-2. I purchased this amp last September and didn't use it for even a month. This was installed in my boat for only a months and I upgraded my speakers and took this one out. It has been in my room since then and I just haven't had time to list it. The Amp was 299.95 new, I am only asking $125.00 for it. The specs are listed below.
2-channel car amplifier
-100 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms (200 watts RMS x 2 at 2 ohms)
-400 watts RMS x 1 bridged output at 4 ohms (4-ohm stable in bridged mode)
-CEA-2006 compliant
-Dynamic Thermal Management cooling system
-variable high- and low-pass filters (50-500 Hz, 12 dB/octave)
-variable bass/treble boost (0-18 dB at 45 Hz, 0-12 dB at 12,000 Hz)
-optional wired remote bass/treble boost
-Class-AB amplifier design
-MOSFET power and output stages
-preamp inputs and outputs
-4-gauge power and ground leads and a 80-amp fuse recommended -- wiring and hardware not
included with amplifier
-no on-board fuses -- when installing multiple amps in a system, an additional 80-amp in-line
fuse between the distribution block and the amplifier is recommended
-10-5/16"W x 2-1/4"H x 8-3/4"D

I have a JL Audio 10W1v2-8 for sale also. This also came out of my boat and works fine. I upgraded the sub to a larger one and have no need for this one now. This was in the boat when I bought it last summer and I don't know how old it is but it doesn't appear to be very old at all. From what I can see the foam is in great shape and there isn't anything I can see wrong with it. When I took it out it was playing and sounding just fine. This sub was $159.99 new, I am asking only $50.00 for it. The specs are listed below.
-10" 8-ohm subwoofer
-metallic-finish polypropylene cone with nitrile-butylene rubber surround
-power range: 50-300 watts RMS
-peak power handling: 600 watts
-frequency response: 25-250 Hz
-sensitivity: 84.67 dB
-top-mount depth: 4-7/16"
-sealed box volume: 0.625 cubic feet
-ported box volume: 1.0 cubic foot
-Recommended Q-Logic Box Type: 1, 2

I have one Sony Marine remote model RM-X55M for your Sony Head unit. This was in my boat when I bought it and I changed out my head unit so I no longer need this. It is used but seems to be in excellent condition since it was mounted up front by my dash in a covered area. It doesn't have any cracks or anything. I only have the remote not the wires that go to the HU. I am asking $45.00 for it. It was $129.99 new. The specs are listed below.

Compatibility: The RM-X55M is designed to work with Sony's UniLink control in-dash car and marine receivers that are compatible with Sony's wired remote. The included UniLink "Y" adapter allows you to connect this unit and another UniLink source (CD changer, MD changer, satellite receiver, etc) to a compatible head unit.

Display: The display shows source and mode information, satellite radio information, and RDS and CD text information (if supplied by the head unit).

Water Resistant: The remote is water resistant, so it is ideal for use on boats, where a head unit needs to be kept dry, but you need to control it from a damp remote location.

Mounting: The RM-X55M requires a 3.158" diameter round cutout. It's held in place using the included mounting bracket. The mounting depth is 1.452".
Buttons:
Volume +/-: used for volume control
Source: selects source (Tuner, CD, CD-MD changer, Satellite, etc)
Muting: mutes output
Off
Mode: cycles through radio bands, satellite bands, etc
Seek/AMS |<>|: change tuner frequency, change track, search within track
GP/ALBM+/-: skip groups or albums
Remote Dimensions:
Chassis Diameter: 3.869"
Cutout Diameter: 3.158"
Mounting Depth: 1.452"
Mounting Height: 0.907"
Water Resistance:
Meets ASTM B117 salt/fog exposure standard
Meets ASTM G154 UV exposure standard
Meets Ipx7 (International Protection ratings against liquids)

There is no warranty with these items, they worked when I took them out and I will not be responsible if someone hooks them up wrong. If you have any questions email me at jpowers8340ATsbcglobal.net (replace AT with @) or call five 8 zero six95 eight 340.

10" Sub Box

I also have a box that works with a 10" sub the dimensions are 26"x12"x6" with a angled corner. Price is $40.00, see pictures for details. This box was in the my 2001 Mastercraft X9 under the drivers side dash. It was in the boat when I bought it. Nothing is wrong with it and it appears to be made out of quality products. It also has some type of clear coating on it to make it waterproof. This box would also work perfect in a car it just needs some cheap carpet thrown on it for looks and you would be good to go.

I don't have any pics of it when it was installed. I took it out already and have replaced it with Wet Sounds.
