Thanks all,

I appreciate your input. I'll sort out my boat first and see how we do. By then the water will be very cold and the price may be closer to 8k. As I said, I can't afford 2 boats and I'm not looking to lose money on a project.

If you don't want to lose money... Then I would pass on this one... IMO. priced wrong for a project and sell for profit. And always budget double for fix and flip

I am with MIKEG would think no more than 5K that boat looks plenty ragged out, but like was mentioned ther would be no reason to sweat the smalls tuf such as kids stepping on the seats or spilt sun tan oil!
