Broken tower screw. Now what?

Today I broke the plastic handle that goes over the screw that is used to take the tower down. Now it is just a round bolt. How can I get it out so that I can lower my tower? This is for a factory 2003 x10 tower.

I added some pictures of the bolt. Also, does anyone know where I can get some replacement screws for this? I saw online they were around 25 bucks per screw (seems outrageous to me).

Vise grips? File down the sides and get a wrench on it?

I'll get pics up tomorrow. I found replacement screws for about 25 bucks each. Anyone find them cheaper?
