Surf set up

Searched the forum, and couldn't find anyone that had the best ballast set up for surfing a 2012 x15. If anyone has a perfect set up, please let me know.

You can try this for a starting point....Factory KGB and Port tanks full, 400 lb fatsac in port locker, 1000 lb L-shaped fatsac surf sac on Port and Rear seat, 400 lb fatsac in the bow. 9.8mph on the perfect pass. I use this set up when there are two to four people on the boat. I'll remove the 1000 lber if there are more. Good luck!
