It looks like it is made by Innovative Lighting.

Overton's has the pair for $54.99 with free shipping.

Be careful that you order correctly. The X2 uses the "side" mount, not the "deck" mount version of light.
Overtons: sold as a pair for $79.99 + tax + shipping...$99.26.

So i'm hoping these at the same as an 05 X-45. My cover broke off and the light is now crapping out. There are 3 led's in there so hopefully it works since i'm ordering now...

Dusting off this thread. My Port side nav light is in operable on my 07 Xstar. I've checked the lines going to it with a multimeter and know its got 12 volts, so I assume the lights bad.

Before I go buying new lights and tearing my nav light off and breaking everything, is there a proper way to remove the nav light and test it? How do you get the chrome cover off?

These are the ones I'm working with.

Just run it into a dock like I did. Pops it right off! ;-)

Apologies, I don't recall how the chrome cover came off. I think it just pops off with leverage from a flat head screwdriver or a stiff spackle blade.

There's a small hole towards the transom end and in there is an allen retaining screw. Once it's loose it lifts off the screw side the front has a tab it's locked under. Don't pry off unless you're replacing the whole thing.
