Happen to me I noticed the rear axle bouncing a bit in my rear view mirror, Turned out to have a separated tire.

Ditto! I learned to watch my guide poles. If one started to shake more than usual, I would pull off and check the tire.

Thanks for all the help so far.

Tires are good. Pressure are good. Wheels feel tight. Bearings feel ok. Brakes dont appear to be dragging. It stops fine and I can roll it around my garage by hand.

The one thing I noticed is the right side, bouncy side, the tire is closer to the fender than the left side. Weak spring? I can even see a slight bit of evidence of a rub on the outside tread portion of the tire. At least that is what I think it could be from?

I have looked at the springs. I can not tell any difference. No cracks, etc. They are both a bit rusty as the PO left the trailer out side. The trailer will get a repaint some day, but not yet. I have heard of springs breaking in this year range, so that is where my focus is. Is there any way to check the springs?

Any idea where I can get direct replacement springs?

Mine is only bouncing when I hit bumps, and then it is a very uneven bounce. The left side seems to respond ok, but the right bounces several times more.

How old are your tires and what tire are you running? Look at DOT date codes for age.

Bought brand new maxxis last spring. Running at 50 psi, both sides, no slow leaks. Keep indoors all year.

Is 50 max psi for those tires?

I would do some backyard calculations on spring rates. Measure the spring height, then put a few people in the boat and measure again. Might have to stop by Old Country Buffet to do a good job, but you might find a difference in spring rate that way. Sometimes a leaf cracks and it isn't noticeable until the spring pack is taken apart.
