Some similar pwcs were used in an episode of "Off the Hook: Extreme Catches" with Eric Young. Didn't have the over-head outriggers like that one though. They are used to take miles off shore and catch fish that are way too large to land on a pwc in and around oil rigs or other obstacles.

The tower on this 92 Sanger isn't too bad, but the cover makes it look like a conning tower from a sub.
