I will agree on his play during the season, but the Conn Smythe goes to the playoff MVP. He showed up for 2 maybe 3 games in the post season.........was absent the rest. Aside from a couple tap ins off the hard work of his teammates he really did nothing. Bicks or Sharpie all the way.

I was a huge fan of the shortened season. Guys played their hearts out across the league night in and night out because they knew every point mattered. Made the games thus season great to watch. I just hope NBC drops Pierre n Doc, man they kill a game. Especially Pierre

Yea thought the Conn Smythe should have gone to Bickell or Crawford, but I'll take an American for the 3rd year in a row.

Glad to watch Boston lose...not the city, just the team. They are #2 on my hated teams list, right below Buffalo. Specifically Marchand and Lucic. Ugh.

Is it October yet? GO CANES!

Doesn't Marchand just get under your skin?

Yea, but that little agitator has some skill. I like guys that play all around. You also don't see Marchand crying to the refs all game when he gets worked over a bit. Again like that.

Now Crosby....... I can't stand him. He is my #1 hated player. That guy cross checks, slashes, and cries like a baby every game. He clips guys with high sticks, hacks , and cheats on draws like crazy, yet somehow never gets called. The minute someone touches him tho they are gone or a bully. That punch to the face from Chara to his broken jaw was priceless. Hey grab the big guy's jersey and scrum w him, you best be ready. He has crazy skill with the puck no doubt, but man alive he is the biggest hack and cry baby on the ice. Crosby and the Sedin Twins make me angry.

Omg I forgot about the Sedin Twins for a moment. You are right. It's Marshands moves that drive me nuts.

All around in this series I felt the Bruins were playing dirty hockey. And in this last game I for sure was starting to thing it was rigged with all the cheap shots from Boston and bs calls on the Hawks. Then the shorthanded goal by Toews was amazing.

Fair enough but it could have gone a few ways--Sharp, Kane, Bickell, Crawford, and Keith were all strong. The rest of their "off" days are not as bad as Kane's. I think what got it for him was that he had some big points later in the playoffs.

Krejci had far and away the most points and Horton was +20 in the playoffs. Would have been a tough call between them and Rask on that side too.

Either way that was some incredible hockey the last few weeks!

Agreed Crawford was awesome all year. Great season. And with a month and half off, it'll be filled with Cup Sightings.

Wasn't sure if these should go here or swimsuit thread. Working in Chicago at night has its perks sometimes.

He does have some hands I'll give you that, but just his general demeanor is distasteful. I don't mind agitators, but he's just a dirty player. Crap like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=gUJtDO4gCO8

Watching him choke in the final and watching Lucic lose as well was pretty sweet.
