2012 X15 Ignition Questions

Should the BIG display be On when the key is in Accessory position (to the left)? Mine is not. Also my Ignition Stop button doesn't turn the engine off? It works to turn it on but I have to turn the key to turn it off. Thank you.

Hold the on/off button down for around 3 seconds to turn the boat off.

It works for us.

The big is not on by us when key is left or middle. 2012 x2.

I just turn the key off. Never thought about hitting the start button to shut the boat off. Any reason to shut the boat off with the button verses turning the key?

Same here on the BIG not being on with key in left and center positions.

If you turn the boat off with the button, the computer and stereo remain on. A very useful feature

I think it is better to shut off with the button.
In my opinion the noise of the engine is differnt when shutting off with the key than with the button.

I use the start/stop button when out on the lake waiting for riders/ballast to get ready and the acc position when hanging around in a cove or on the beach for longer when I just want the stereo...
