Pro205 fuel

I have a 1995 Pro205 with 350 Indmar and EFI. It has been running great but yesterday after we had ridden for a while, I tried to start it. It would start and run for 2 - 5 seconds and then quit. When it quits running the fuel pump continues for about a second. After a while it ran okay. Today it did the same thing. It appears to be running out our fuel. I checked the filter and it is fine. I replaced the fuel pump last year. Any ideas?

Additional information. This appears to exist when the engine is hot. It runs good when it has sit for a few hours.
