Unhappy broken screw

I have a self taping screw #8 broken off flush with the textured gel coat top side. Have tried soaking with pb blaster, cant get it to move. Its pretty small to drill out. Anybody dealt with this before? Maybe let it soak for a couple more days.:

Can you get at it from underneath? Post a pic, maybe someone has an easy way to remove it? try an easy out?

If you can't drill it out, try using a dremel with a small bit like a dental burr. you might be better off just leaving it unless you have to use the hole to attach something.

I would like to get it out and put in a new screw with a finish washer. Dremel with a straight shank and burr on the end might work. Thanks.

Sometimes it is easier to push things like this in than get them out. Leaves a hole.
