Temporary upholstery fix, keeping it on the H2O?

My 96 190 vinyl is in rough shape. Bought boat in Oct 2012, and wanted to make sure the engine and transmission were in good shape before I invested in new upholstery. I need some advice on what I can do for a temporary fix to keep the boat on the water till Viper Customs can work me in? The ripped parts currently have white duck tape that appears to have been on the seats for a while. I need help! ThxName: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1370279568.318230.jpg
