TRAXX if you have a droid phone look for an app called Speed Gauge. It's pretty accurate and reads to tenths of a mph. Grab a suction cup mount for your phone and clogged speedos wont be a big deal anymore.

Thanks, I have used it before. I'm getting Perfect Pass soon anyways.

I downloaded one that projected the speed onto the windshield like a HUD

Its called "AA GPS & HUD Speedometer"

Its a little tricky. But you have to select Simple display and then select mirror (white rectangle on top bar left of orange settings button) for it to work. Somehow it says you can change the colors but that might be on the pay version. I use simple display and mirror it. But you can play around with the other displays.

Oh to start it you have to hit the red circle bottom left. Then the orange box to stop it.

No the water was 69-70. It was cloudy and windy and rained while we were there. When it was sunny out wet suits weren't needed. We had weird weather 4 or 5 of the 7 days we were there.

No mussels on either boat for us so it was a breeze.

Here's my son surfing on our first day out on our X-35. We're sufficiently clueless that we didn't even know he should have surfed the port side so we wouldn't be backside -- oh well, we can try that this weekend. At least he was able to go ropeless on his first day surfing. Obviously, my surf wake could be better -- this is with stock balast and the surf tab deployed. Now I get to start every wake surfer's favorite past-time: tweaking their wake...

Looks like you are port side.. Just get him to stand opposite with toes toward wave.
