Trailer Axle Alignment

Before replacing tires again, I got my trailer axle alignment checked by a reputable place that does a lot of heavy duty applications. They said it is way out (1.5 degrees of total toe and about the same camber each side).

They said that they could not straighten, and that I need a new axle. Before dropping a grand $$$, I wanted to check if anyone has any experience with this?

It is an '03 single axle, Reliable 5200# torsion with a drop center. I found some old posts for alignment, but it was not clear if it was a torsion axle.

Thanks!

Dave
