I am heading to the Canvas Shoppe (skiboatcovers.com) this afternoon as it is a 20 min drive from my house to order a cover for my 2004 Xstar. Seems like everyone on here recommends them and to get the sunbrella.

Good grief, I just priced a waterline cover for my boat and it came in slightly over 1k!

I got a cover from skiboatcovers for my last boat (just traded in) - it was very well made, got a waterline and loved how it covered the whole boat. Worth the cost, IMO. I got mine to cover the whole swim platform as well. We got also the upgraded stitching which should last a long time, but of course then I traded the boat

I just ordered one from skitboatcovers.com as well. It arrived and looked great, but unfortunately the rear tower cutouts didn't line up to my liking. Very easy to work with though, I took pictures and sent it back, he's going to fix at no cost.

Guys thanks for your input but I am specifically looking at a Aqua Shield, I found one on sale that is marked down from 850 to 350.

My Boat lives in a Garage, but I wanted a full cover for the long storage weeks to keep dust off of it.

For that application almost anything should work.

My preference for indoor dust cover is a heavy cloth tarp - which is very breathable, keeps the dust off, and also provides impact resistance. Length to drape off the sides down to the trailer.

I then carefully dry the outdoor cover.

with the price of covers now-a-days, i dont see how you could go wrong with $350 and being indoors.
