Moving and Launching Boat Lifts

Hi Guys-I am out of town and dreaming up crazy ideas about my lake and boat prep when I get home in a couple of weeks.

I have a 5k lb lift with a 25' canopy that I need to move from one end of my shoreline to the other. I have wheels on all 4 corners and the legs can be adjusted with a drill and Allen key. What I am wondering is, has anyone used their swim raft to move there boat lift around. I was thinking of place one end on the raft and it would be easier to move. Maybe this is a crazy jet lagged idea but you never know. I am open to other ideas on how to move these things by myself.
Thanks,
Eric

Forgot to mention my swim raft is an Otter Island
