1996 Prostar 190 UPDATED PRICE
Out of the desperation to buy an open bow boat I am lowering the price of my boat to $11,000!! This is an amazing price for this boat and it includes trailer!!
As said in previous posts: 440 hours (I use the boat probably twice a week, at least) 350 Indmar engine (275 hp) All stock (no perfect pass or any high tech gadgets) This was my first boat and I babied her like crazy! I will entertain any realistic offer, make me one and we'll go from there!

Hang in there it will sell. If you had a slot then I would be very interested. The guys in my thread are not little in shape skiers. They are 6'3" and are 225+. Since they ski on the national level they want the perfect pass stargazer that I'm sure will be bought separate from any boat purchase but really need a slot. They want a constant pull and a slot will do that. Anyone that size and starting to run late can crank a buoy and make the all buoy timing get thrown off. Then the boat will speed up and then slow back down. They do not want that.
You have a beautiful boat stay put on your price. I'll also link them to this thread. Who knows they may change their mind.

![]() I haven't put it on only inboards yet... I'm leaving AR for CA in a couple weeks so I'm just gearing up to trailer it back with me. Would like to sell before I leave, but well see what happens!

I like 1:1's better for real world stuff, I don't pull jumpers, I don't do short set up private lakes, and I don't mind how efficient a 1:1 ratio transmission (AKA no gear reduction unit) is in real life use.
Also, slots went from 1.5 to a current 1.25is ratio - so they split the difference anyhow, and most boats now are running 12.5-13"X11.5-14.5 pitch props - so we've seen a shift, the 1.5:1 14X18 to me is a smidge overkill, but got the older lower HP engines to pull like mad. Just don't need that in the day to day for most folks. |
