No snow load requirments where Cameron lives. I bet his trusses are spaced at 36" or 48".

Again, very nice garage. Any pictures with the boat in it?

Roof rafters are 2x6's at 16"oc and the ceiling joists are 2x10's doubled up at 16"oc. The earthquake and static load calcs for a 20'x23' garage were nuts. I could probably hoist the boat from the ceiling if I wanted.

Here is mine - garage is 24x25 and has an 18x10 spot perfect for the boat. Wife likes the house I like the garage. We both win!

I added more decor so when she sleeps at night her room does not have bare walls.

The boat barely fits but doesn't take to long to put it up.

First garage pic I've seen with a personal fire truck!
(something that would have come in handy a couple times over the years!)

My buddies airplane hanger is our ultimate garage. Toys toys toys, and includes a fully furnished recording studio as well. This was taken after our boats were in the water for the summer.
