Upholstery in upstate NY

Hey guys wondering if anyone who has used, or heard of good work, of any local upholstery shops in upstate ny near syracuse. We have seem pulling apart on the back seat of our 1991 and seems like a pretty simple fix for a professional. Tride to have a friend do it but didn't have the right equipment for the job. If you have used or recommend anyone near me it would be greatly appreciated if you point me in their direction!

Any professional upholsterer will tell you that seams are not fixable...

A buddy of mine went through Fast Forward Fiberglass out in Brewerton. He had a couple seats recovered and they looked pretty good.

Thinking again on this over the winter, regard this as a bump. Would love to see any pictures or referrals of any shops here in upstate new york

I'm in Syracuse, and I had my seat bottoms redone at Carriage House Upholstery in Lake George.

I have heard Geordie Magee on Rt 37 in Brewerton and El Sol in Liverpool also do boat upholstery, but I have not seen any of their work. Magee did a canvas top for me a while ago and it turned out great.

Burnt Hills Upholstery has an excellent reputation and the parking area is always filled with boats, although I have never used them personally. Burnt Hills is just south of Saratoga Springs in case you aren't familiar with it, so it's a bit of a drive from Syracuse.

Thanks for both recommendations, and TBONE, ill inquire into each shop. Hoping the price to do an 1991 prosper interior isn't bad, with the closed bow and all. Thanks! Anyone else with pictures and recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
