From what I understand, someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but the Ilmor ECM on the 2012's with medallion controls are identical to those on the 2013's.

I believe the ECM is the same, but the rest is not. The 2013 have a fully integrated, standalone, system. Murphy manufactures the entire electronic system as one unit. On '12s and older, the ECM was manufactured by murphy, and the rest was added by medallion. Generally speaking, the new systems should be more reliable because they are not peiced together.....

What is Mastercrafts equivalent of NSS? NSS does look pretty sweet... that might sway me towards the G23.

MC has used SURF tabs since 2009/2010. They started the WAKESURF revolution with them
No need for "SURFGATE SIDEWAYS TABS" on a MasterCraft!

If you are that interested in a great surf boat, the G23 wouldn't be the one to look at. It has a nice surf wake, but it is not exceptional. Although, an XStar is not either....

You want surf, do an X30, or X25. Maybe X10 too, although not yet verified....

You must be a dealer and you must be kidding! Love hearing "that's not needed on a MC" and then 1-2 years later they have it on. Kinda like tracking fins and wake plates...
