303 all the way. I did use the Mastercraft brand too since it came with my boat and it worked very well too.

Magic eraser. If you do use it make sure to by the cheap no name brands. They don't hold hold up to much scrubbing and break down rather than harming the Vinyl. Make sure to keep it soaked in cleaner. Keep it off of dark colors and surfaces that are textured.
