I think I am going to try and replace the transom in one piece. I bought a ski eye that I plan to add to the transom. I am hoping to cut the transom to size, and then put some weight on it to start the bend. I then will use the ski eye holes and swim deck holes to pull the transom tight. That is the plan unless somebody else chimes in with suggestions.

Can't decide on glueing the transom in with PL glue or us thickened resin. Any thoughts?

I have been wondering how you are going to get this back together. I will continue to follow.
