How to shine up the rudder and prop
My rudder and prop are dull and was wanting to know how to get them to shine again. Thanks

Carefull, you polish them now and you will never stop. Also heard polished running gear makes the boat howl at high speeds. I have debated this for years and still have not done it, but it does look good!

I saw this on another thread here at TT bought some and wow does it work...it's called "The Works"...it is a tub & tile cleaner. I found it at Ace Hardware for $2.99 a bottle. Just spray it on wait a few and then scrub with steel wool. I would post a pic but my boat is at her mechanics getting some spring / summer preparedness.

Kind of a waste of time unless you are showing it. One day out in the water and they will look dull again.

Once I stripped the powered coating off of my AirChair it started to vibrate and now makes a howling noise at speed.

The short answer is by not using your boat (once you shine them). I am particular about my boat, but I would suggest skipping it unless you are entering it in a beauty contest (nothing wrong with that).
