week 2 the 3rd day im starting to notice a big improvment in cardio. starting to get a little easier but still cant take extra breaks....not even close

ohhh yes I have that. I thought there was somthing else i was missing out on. How often are you suppose to re-measure with this program? All fit test or every 30 days?

For anyone else who does not have the calendar here it is. Day one starts with the Fit Test and that starts this Monday the 25th! If anyone wants this emailed to them so that they can print it off just let me know!! |

With a group we usually weigh and mesure every other Monday to see how the results are progressing. Sometimes you need that extra push so seeing that it is working can help that! Shaun T suggests to measure at the end of week 4 right before the recovery week. Either way it is kind of up to you but definitely remeasure after the first month!

Guys be careful with the shakology. I just started meal replacement shakes at around 1:30 and I just spent the last 20 minutes trying to pick my lungs out of the toilet. Holy crap.......literally
