2013 X-Star Surf Wake.

I had the opportunity to surf the 2013 X-Star as it was touring through Wisconsin (Thank to Redline Watersports for the chance)
I know this is mainly a wakeboard boat but I have to say I was pretty amazed at the surf wake.

We ran it with Factory Ballast + 1 bag. It was waist high and had tons of push in the sweet spot. The length was good but I as an amateur was not able to find much push as I fell back. I think with more work on weighting this could easily be fixed. The wake had a LOT of force in the sweet spot (I was doing cartwheels underwater due to the force).

The boat itself is beautiful and the new goodies added in 2013 are impressive.

This is a boat to be watched!

Sorry about the lack of pics it was an unexpected opportunity and I had to swim to the boat from mine so I was not able to bring a phone.
