On my Lake (Sylvan), that house would be closer to 1.5 Million. And that's for a lake you can only use for 5 months a year. I wish we had the lakes and prices you guys down south have. All the rich Albertans with Oil money have driven the prices up so much it's sometimes unbelieveable.

I have pictures of my X2 with the custom ballast that Texas ski Ranch put in it, I will post them later today.
My opinion, if I was going to buy a new boat today I would go with a 25 or 10. I went with the X2 because it has a lot of room for its size, perfect boat for the lake I live on, has a very good wakeboard wake(as much as I will ever need) and a good surf wake.

the lake house market in Texas heavily depends on what lake you are on, what city and if you are on a canal or the main body of the lake. that house on lake austin, marble falls, travis, Dunlap, Placid, or Mcqueeney would run anywhere from 900k- 1.5 million depending on what part of the lake, flood zones etc...
on a very small lake that i don't like very much in Mc Queeney texas they are currently selling 1/2 acre lots, 100 ft water front, great spot on the lake for about 800k. My boss just sold his lake house on lake LBJ for 1.1 million, it was 2600 sq feet on a fairly nice lot. Lot of variation.

I just need it to sell. Have this house and a house in San clemente California. I'm in college so there is no reason to have this house anymore! Is empty and just sits.
