That's what you get from Harbor Freight. I think I only paid about 6 or 7 for mine and it has a stainless ball in it. Works great for me. As I recall though, the HF one had a larger tube. Don;t quote me on that though.

I didn't get that one from HF but I needed it ASAP, so I bought whatever was available.

My 06, cant seem to get a siphon hose down the filler neck. On my 96, same as the 98 if that's what you have, just hook a hose to the fuel pump and hotwire the fuel pump and pump 'er out.
