Oh man. I know that guy. We bought a new lake place last year and his parents live on the lake. He and his kids/wife are huge into water sports but he mentioned when I took him surfing that he made a replacement swim platform that slides in and had a kicker motor on it for fishing on the St Croix. I thought he was joking so I laughed until he said he was serious. I didn't judge because he is a great guy. He is going to laugh when I tell him he was sniped on camera and posted in the redneck fishing thread. Ha ha

Our Cajun towboat was my brother's first boat, a Mint Green 1968 King Fisher Fiberglass Bass Boat with the original 40hp Johnson (Electric Shifting would fail at times). We'd ski and kneeboard behind it and swear we could pull the stern 2-3' offline when making hard cuts. You could also watch the bottom flex when hitting rougher water. Trying to find a picture of it still.
