Same setup we've been running since summer. We have about 1800 in water ballast on the port side, we use the kgb and port stock ballast which is about 600lbs and we have 400lbs in lead on the starboard side bow.

Ryan, are those recent pics from your X25 or X30 and what are your pros/cons of each?

The pics are all mish moshed in this thread between 25 and 30 surf wakes. There's several posts about the pros and cons of each so check out the thread and there's several threads where we've talked about both boats. You can't go wrong with either one. Both surf great and both have great wake board wakes. The 30 has a slightly better surf wake, the 25 has a better wake board wake.

This thread has been AWESOME, thanks for the pics everyone. I'm planning on putting a 450 in rear port locker and 750 under the port side. I'd love to put that 1200 under the port side but I'm worried about the hydraulic box for my power tower which is right at the rear of that space - anyone with a power tower on a '12 x25 run into that hydraulic box?
Can't wait to pick up my bags and pumps from WakeMakers.com this week, the weather in Portland is MONEY right now. Would love feedback if anyone has dealt with my situation before...

I have that box in the 25. I just put a yoga mat over it and the sacs are fine

So you have a 750 in the rear locker (butting up to, or going over the hydraulic box with a yoga mat on it?), a 750 under the port lounge seat, and a 3rd 750 passing by the batteries into the port bow seat?

If the 750 still works for rear locker and port lounge, I'd probably just pick up the 2x 750 + Elevate turbo pump package. Although it seems like everyone is talking about Tsunami pump, I haven't seen any opinions on that Elevate pump...
